Delivery Director – Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality of delivery and ensure customer satisfaction for all projects within the Eastern United States.

• Serve as a senior escalation point and a trusted advisor for client executives.

• Collaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Excellence teams to ensure projects are adequately staffed for success.

• Uphold compliance with NewRocket methodologies, margin control, and practices aimed at continuous improvement.

• Engage with key projects to steer direction, resolve issues, and maintain delivery excellence.

• Own and manage the regional delivery portfolio, encompassing forecasting, planning, and margin achievement.

• Promote efficient utilization of global delivery resources, including teamwork with teams in India.

• Ensure seamless transitions from Sales to Delivery, aligning scope, estimates, and staffing requirements.

• Collaborate with Eastern US Sales leaders to expand existing accounts, acquire new clients, and drive growth in bookings.

• Lead, coach, and mentor both direct and indirect members of the delivery team.

• Supervise career development, hiring, and performance management for delivery talent.

• Cultivate collaboration, trust, and high performance in line with NewRocket’s values.

• Meet regional KPIs, including bookings, revenue under management, margin, CSAT, and utilization.

• Strengthen client relationships in the Eastern US to foster expansion opportunities.

• Represent the region in cross-company delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in professional services or consulting, with 8-12 years specifically in program/project management.

• At least 5 years of experience leading delivery portfolios and managing large, distributed teams.

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow domains, delivery methodologies, and best practices in portfolio management.

• Profound understanding of consulting, professional services, enterprise delivery, and client-account management.

• In-depth knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies along with delivery governance.

• Strong grasp of enterprise AI delivery, covering generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, data readiness, cloud platforms, AI governance, and adoption.

• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow domain areas, platform capabilities, enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build client trust, mitigate risks, and manage financial performance of service portfolios.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience across various time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

• Advanced certifications in Agile, PMP, SCRUM, or ServiceNow SPM are preferred.
