This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with the agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide executive-level direction and governance across intricate transformation programs and strategic client accounts.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery, operational, commercial, and client-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and risk management.
• Establish trusted relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a recognized advisor and delivery partner.
• Foster delivery excellence through robust governance, reporting, forecasting, resource management, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to assist in bids, proposals, mobilization efforts, and opportunities for account growth.
• Monitor the financial performance of the portfolio, including revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, and commercial results.
• Facilitate the successful mobilization of new client engagements and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure effective collaboration among consulting, business analysis, technical analysis, quality assurance, PMO, and delivery functions.
• Identify avenues to enhance delivery capabilities, operational efficiency, and client value across the organization.
• Contribute to the formulation of delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Aid in the development, mentoring, and growth of delivery leaders and consulting talent throughout the organization.
• Contribute to Alchemy’s strategic growth objectives as part of the senior leadership team.
• Extensive experience in delivering Guidewire implementation or transformation programs within the insurance sector.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in managing revenue, margin, forecasting, and delivery performance, particularly with fixed-price and outcome-based program backgrounds.
• Experience in negotiating and managing intricate contractual agreements with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and delivery portfolios.
• Experience in leading geographically distributed or global delivery teams.
• Strong comprehension of program delivery, governance, risk management, resource planning, and change management.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of delivery execution.
