
Delivery Director – AI Foundry, Anthropic Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of delivery and operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, portfolio health, and account growth across enterprise AI and Anthropic-focused services.
• Manage relationships with executive clients and supervise the assigned AI Foundry portfolio.
• Oversee the AI strategy, readiness, Claude-powered solutions, AI platform architecture, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, ServiceNow integration, governance, adoption, and managed AI operations engagements.
• Provide leadership in direction, governance, escalation, quality and compliance oversight, risk management, financial-performance management, staffing alignment, and delivery planning.
• Ensure portfolio delivery is of high quality, completed on time, and within budget.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to facilitate project outcomes, adoption, account expansion, and long-term growth.
• Act as a senior escalation point for issues related to delivery, scope, stakeholders, quality, technical matters, security, adoption, and commercial aspects.
• Establish measurable business outcomes, success criteria, adoption metrics, and value-realization plans.
• Promote responsible AI controls encompassing security, privacy, human oversight, data controls, evaluation, testing, observability, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with architects and client teams to guarantee technical quality, scalability, performance, and architectural alignment.
• Enhance AI Foundry delivery frameworks, governance processes, accelerators, and reusable playbooks.
• Lead transitions from sales to delivery, including SOW, proposals, RFPs, scopes, estimations, staffing, governance, kickoffs, and mobilization reviews.
• Manage portfolio capacity, dependencies, risks, milestones, financial performance, forecasting, utilization, backlog, bookings conversion, margin, and resource allocation.
• Coach, mentor, develop, hire, and manage both direct and indirect reports across technical, consulting, delivery, and cross-functional disciplines.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing teams across various functions, geographies, cultures, and time zones.
• Engage in pre-sales, account planning, opportunity reviews, deal assessments, RFP responses, and solution development.
• Drive bookings and expansion within existing accounts while supporting new-logo opportunities.
• Identify client needs to inform new AI Foundry offerings, accelerators, delivery methodologies, and thought leadership.
• Maintain personal utilization through executive governance, delivery oversight, account strategy, escalations, solution shaping, workshops, and strategic advisory work.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in program and project management, delivery leadership, or client engagement management.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, account delivery leadership, or P&L/margin accountability.
• 5+ years of experience managing people.
• 2+ years of experience in delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs, including at least one production LLM or agentic deployment.
• Experience in leading complex enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, interdependent workstreams, and executive governance.
• Experience in supporting pre-sales, SOW development, estimation, solution shaping, or account-growth activities.
• In-depth understanding of consulting, professional services, enterprise delivery, and client-account management.
• Extensive knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and delivery governance.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise AI delivery, including generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, data readiness, cloud platforms, AI governance, and adoption.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow domain areas, platform capabilities, enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Familiarity with Anthropic and Claude enterprise implementation concepts.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue management, margin management, utilization, estimation, and delivery-cost control.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams across various time zones.
• Capacity to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Professional Services, Managed Services, Resource Management, Product, Engineering, Practice, and executive leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced growth environment.
• Sales-value training or consultative-selling experience is advantageous.
• Agile, Scrum, PMP, ServiceNow, cloud, AI/ML, responsible-AI, or Anthropic/Claude certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory.
