This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will be accountable for effectively showcasing the cutting-edge Dexcom product lineup along with the related digital ecosystem to optimize targeted sales.
• You play a key role in establishing the company as the leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
• You will manage a designated territory independently, overseeing sales planning, developing sales strategies, providing customer support, aiding diabetes specialist shops, and onboarding new clients.
• You are tasked with meeting and surpassing the sales and KPI objectives for your territory.
• You will adeptly implement our sales and marketing tactics to achieve and exceed your targets in the region.
• You will autonomously manage your territory and organize your routes, including the preparation and follow-up of visits in CRM systems.
• You will oversee the territory budget by managing expenses responsibly.
• You will plan and independently coordinate customer events, which you will facilitate and/or lead, utilizing diverse interaction techniques to ensure an optimal, need-based customer experience.
• You will collaborate across functions with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• You will keep a close watch on the market landscape and competitor activities.
• You will uphold professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders within your territory.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the diabetes and medical device sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with both primary care and hospital environments is essential.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation with a proven track record in sales success.
• You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• You have negotiation proficiency and strong closing capabilities.
• You demonstrate a solid understanding of digital applications and processes.
• You exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and maintain a winning attitude.
• You have a good grasp of medical devices, particularly CGM systems.
• You are skilled in building and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
• You display strategic thinking and the capacity to develop customized sales strategies.
• You can convey medical and technical information in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• You have the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• You are results-driven, organized, and operate confidently in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
• You are a team-oriented individual with a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
• You are proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
