This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Managing incoming calls and delivering financial education.
• Addressing intricate inquiries regarding investment and payment alternatives available to plan participants.
• Providing advice on suitable tools and services.
• Offering information and guidance concerning the implications of plan distributions, loans, investment selections, and other specific plan regulations.
• Operating independently to identify and resolve issues, as well as develop solutions.
• Processing transactional support for plan participants.
• Concentrating on guidance related to qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.
• Capability to obtain FINRA Series 6 within 6 months of employment.
• Demonstrated experience with Defined Contribution or Qualified Plans.
• Background in customer service and/or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills for problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and personal accountability.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with seasonal high volume.
• Employ conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts, and clarify complex information.
• Show sustained confidence and resilience during challenging interactions.
• Ability to ask relevant probing questions to better assess customer needs.
• Utilize data to persuade and influence customers for objective guidance.
• Exhibit active listening skills to understand both expressed and unexpressed customer needs.
