This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Become a member of a dynamic project management team dedicated to supporting U.S. Air Force acquisition and sustainment initiatives.
• Create, sustain, and revise Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for a variety of projects within the program.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to pinpoint project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Track project progress and performance against the IMS, identifying potential risks, delays, and issues.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and status meetings with cross-functional project teams to monitor progress and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Perform critical path analyses and assessments of schedule health and probabilistic risks.
• Prepare and deliver schedule status reports, updates, and forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
• Use scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen) to develop, manage, and analyze project schedules.
• Recognize and implement best practices in schedule management and process improvements.
• Adhere to defense acquisition scheduling policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must receive approved adjudication of clearance prior to joining Guidehouse.
• Bachelor's degree; an Associate's degree coupled with FOUR (4) years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's.
• THREE (3) years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within a defense acquisition context.
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition scheduling methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen).
