This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist in driving business development, contracting, and acquisition planning efforts within the defense and national security sectors.
• Support activities related to market and customer analysis, opportunity assessments, acquisition timelines, contract-vehicle evaluations, proposal drafting, and strategic presentations.
• Aid in converting complex data into straightforward, actionable insights.
• Prior military, governmental, academic, or professional experience in supporting intricate planning, analysis, coordination, or programmatic tasks.
• Basic understanding of Department of Defense missions, organizational structures, requirements, acquisition processes, contracting, or program management.
• Proven capability to investigate complex subjects, assess information from various sources, and distill findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating briefings, reports, plans, or decision-support documents.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to handle competing priorities and adhere to deadlines.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote, dynamic, mission-driven team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a readiness to learn additional business development and research applications.
• Sound judgment and discretion in managing sensitive, proprietary, or mission-critical information.
• Eligibility to obtain and sustain a U.S. Government security clearance, including compliance with relevant citizenship criteria.
