This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take an essential role within a team focused on delivering data-driven, actionable insights that directly enhance sales and profits through our clients' customer loyalty programs, while closely collaborating with Strategy and Client Services teams to ensure alignment on client goals and achieve significant results.
• Create and manage audience lists to assist the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns and meeting engagement objectives.
• Offer actionable recommendations that further business goals by extracting key insights from comprehensive and complex data sources, grounded in a deep understanding of the client’s strategy, success metrics, and program aims.
• Design data visualizations and narratives that make data and analyses accessible to all levels of internal and external stakeholders, regardless of their expertise.
• Work in tandem with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to invent and develop new tools, models, and data sources that aid our clients in achieving their business goals and addressing challenges.
• Proactively establish learning agendas, testing plans, and solutions that ensure robust attribution and enhance key performance indicators such as incremental ROI and LTV.
• Oversee workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments.
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM.
• A compelling storyteller with data who can sway senior stakeholders through insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
• Proven track record in applying customer segmentation techniques like RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
• Strong project management abilities with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Python/SQL programming experience is preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA is preferred.
