This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take on a pivotal role within a team dedicated to providing data-driven, actionable customer insights that lead to enhanced sales and profits through our clients’ customer loyalty programs, while working closely with Strategy and Client Services teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and achieve meaningful results.
• Create and manage audience lists to assist the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns and attaining engagement goals.
• Offer actionable insights that support business goals by extracting key findings from complex, in-depth data sources, backed by a comprehensive understanding of the client’s strategy, success criteria, and program aims.
• Develop data visualizations and narratives that make data and analysis accessible to all levels and expertise of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and create new tools, models, and data sources that align with our clients’ business objectives and address challenges.
• Proactively establish learning agendas, testing plans, and solutions to ensure attribution integrity and optimize essential KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
• Oversee the workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments.
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM.
• Exceptional storyteller with data, capable of influencing senior stakeholders through insights and recommendations.
• Knowledge of data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
• Proven success in utilizing customer segmentation techniques like RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Preferred experience in Python/SQL programming.
• A Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with fundamental marketing and loyalty principles is preferred.
