This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person sales visits with dealer partners, acting as the main point of contact between the Credit Union and dealerships; document all communications in the CRM.

• Keep precise and timely records of all dealer interactions and activities within the CRM system.

• Review underperforming or problematic dealers and take necessary follow-up actions.

• Engage in community events and industry-related activities to foster business growth and promote the Credit Union’s visibility in the local dealer network.

• Utilize technology and reporting tools to assess performance, recognize trends, and implement effective improvements.

• Perform due diligence necessary for onboarding new auto dealership partners in line with established protocols.

• Ensure adherence to Dealer Due Diligence policies for both new and existing dealer relationships.

• Assess dealer performance and provide recommendations for deactivation based on negative findings, financial issues, or risk factors, with comprehensive CRM documentation.

• Remain updated on developments, trends, and opportunities within the automotive lending sector.

• Follow company vehicle policies, including submitting monthly reports for mileage, inspections, and maintenance.

• Offer support for dealer-related collections, chargebacks, and title activities as required.

• Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• At least five (5) years of experience in auto finance, dealership operations, or a similar field.

• A working understanding of credit underwriting practices in auto finance is preferred.
