This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Travel 75% of the time across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
• Build, develop, and sustain client relationships with dealer partners through in-person visits and consistent communication.
• Strategically plan and coordinate sales visits to designated dealer partners within set timelines.
• Engage with dealers regarding current offerings and programs.
• Educate dealers on proper documentation processes for funding.
• Collaborate closely with dealers to advocate for the sales and implementation of financial products.
• Take part in ongoing performance reviews of client relationships.
• Evaluate active loan file performance and suggest solutions to improve outcomes.
• Uphold established benchmarks for originations and loan performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations pertaining to your role and stay informed about regulatory updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or consumer lending is strongly preferred.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• A sense of urgency is required.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.).
