This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversees and cultivates the designated territory.
• Accountable for the ongoing management and prospecting of a specified customer list.
• Proficient in organizing a travel schedule that emphasizes value.
• Engages in negotiations for the sale of shower and bath units, along with accessories.
• Establishes and nurtures professional relationships with vendors and industry professionals.
• Determines pricing, manages all quotations, and ensures accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies and participates in relevant trade shows within the territory.
• Responds promptly to all internal and external customer inquiries.
• Outstanding product knowledge.
• Familiarity with the territory related to remodeling, construction networking, bathing building codes, and compliance.
• An outgoing style that fosters rapport with customers and prospects.
• Proficient in prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships.
• Proven ability to collaborate with company departments to achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of sales practices and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge in business and technical writing is required.
• Must acquire a working knowledge of Aging in Place concepts and ADA regulations.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Proven customer service skills and public speaking abilities are required.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong listening capabilities.
• Demonstrated maturity and professionalism are necessary.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office software is required.
• Experience in selling to or through dealer networks.
• Background in remodeling or building materials sales is preferred.
