This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers in the designated market area.
• Tasked with increasing the company's market share by onboarding new dealers.
• Cultivate existing relationships and enhance awareness and utilization of the company’s lending program(s).
• Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to inbound inquiries from dealerships to foster relationships and secure business opportunities.
• Provide education to dealers on the company’s lending program(s) and how to optimize the benefits of the program(s) for their specific dealership.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention among dealers.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Must be intrinsically self-motivated to take initiative and meet business objectives.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities: personable and diplomatic, with a knack for influencing others and forging strong connections.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team member who can adjust in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Competent computer skills with a solid understanding of the internet and standard business software like Microsoft Office; ability to swiftly learn new applications as needed.
• A commitment to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• This role necessitates considerable travel, including overnight stays and extended hours.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit a vehicle and move in and out of client locations.
• Regularly operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Capable of talking and listening to exchange accurate information.
• Must be able to perform work from a home office.
