This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers within the designated market area.
• Responsible for enhancing the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers, nurturing existing partnerships, and promoting awareness and utilization of the company's lending programs.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic drive to take initiative and meet business objectives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: approachable and diplomatic, with the capability to influence others and foster robust relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• A collaborative team member who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer skills with a solid understanding of internet and standard business applications like Microsoft Office; capable of rapidly learning new software as necessary.
• Dedicated to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• This role requires significant travel, including overnight stays and extended hours.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit a vehicle and move in and out of client establishments.
• Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively to exchange accurate information.
• Must have the capacity to work from a home office.
