
Dealer Account Manager – Truck Tire CRS Channel

• Develop, execute, and oversee profitable growth within the Continental Retread Solutions (CRS) dealer channel, concentrating on new tire and retread sales.
• Manage CRS dealer accounts, enhancing Continental’s market share by treating each account as a mini business to ensure profitable growth through increased sales volume, better price positioning, product mix, and managing both fixed and variable costs.
• Ensure that the strategies and objectives for CRS dealers are supported at the business unit levels by both Continental personnel and select customers.
• Conduct local sales prospecting in your designated area of responsibility through collaboration with TSMs and KAMs.
• Communicate and safeguard Continental’s strategic growth objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the CRS dealer and the fleet business to ensure service levels and needs are met, and product availability for our fleet customers is maintained.
• Collaboratively manage the pricing strategy for accounts and individually implement this strategy at your account locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience OR a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience if a Bachelor’s Degree is not held.
• Willingness to travel as necessary throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel (up to approximately 75%).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Continental can provide visa support for internal candidates who currently possess a valid employment visa.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience OR a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience if a Bachelor’s Degree is not held.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial truck tires, either from the dealer or manufacturer perspective.
• 2+ years of sales experience in truck tires.
• Capability to meet physical demands such as lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, bending, and climbing around commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, including rolling, moving, or stacking.
