This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop, execute, and oversee strategies for profitable expansion within the Continental Retread Solutions (CRS) dealer network, emphasizing new tire and retread sales.
• Convey area sales management strategies through regional channels (TSM/DM), Key Account Management (KAM) personnel, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage account strategies to bolster the profitability objectives of the Continental Tires the Americas (CTA) business units.
• Mentor regional Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to engage with dealer and fleet accounts within their territories, ensuring adherence to individual customer strategies at the regional level.
• Oversee CRS dealer accounts, enhancing Continental’s market share by treating each account as a mini business to ensure profitable growth through increased sales volume, optimized pricing, product mix, and effective management of both fixed and variable costs.
• Ensure that CRS dealer strategies and objectives receive support at the business unit level from both Continental personnel and selected customers.
• Conduct local sales prospecting within your designated area of responsibility through collaboration with TSMs and KAMs.
• Communicate and safeguard Continental’s strategic growth ambitions.
• Collaborate with the existing Continental field sales team to align with the CRS dealer’s plans and targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience, or a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 3+ years of related sales or marketing experience if a Bachelor's Degree is not held.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the assigned territory, including overnight stays (up to approximately 75%).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Continental can provide visa support for internal candidates who currently possess a valid employment visa.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience, or a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6+ years of related sales or marketing experience if a Bachelor's Degree is not held.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial truck tires, whether on the dealer or manufacturer side.
• At least 2 years of experience in truck tire sales.
• Capability to meet physical demands such as lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, bending, and climbing around commercial vehicles.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, including rolling, moving, or stacking items.
