• Develop, execute, and oversee strategies for profitable growth within the Continental Retread Solutions (CRS) dealer channel, emphasizing new tire and retread sales.
• Articulate regional sales management strategies through the regional channel (TSM/DM), Key Account Management (KAM) personnel, and various cross-functional teams.
• Independently manage account strategies to align with the profitability targets of the Continental Tires the Americas (CTA) business units.
• Mentor regional Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to engage with dealer and fleet accounts in their areas, ensuring adherence to individual customer strategies at a regional level.
• Oversee CRS dealer account(s), enhancing Continental's account share by treating it as a mini business to guarantee profitable growth.
• Ensure that the strategies and goals for CRS dealers are backed at the business unit level by both Continental staff and selected clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience, OR a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience if a Bachelor's Degree is not held.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory, which may include overnight travel (up to approximately 75%).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Continental can provide visa support for internal candidates who possess a valid employment visa.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial truck tires, either on the dealer or manufacturer side, is preferred.
• At least 2 years of truck tire sales experience is also desirable.
• Capability to meet physical demands such as lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, bending, and climbing around commercial vehicles is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, including rolling, moving, or stacking, is necessary.
