This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Engaging in high-level negotiations with strategic partners.
• Taking responsibility for the revenue and profit margins of your clients.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with wholesalers at various levels.
• Creating and evaluating annual business plans with distribution partners.
• Building commercial relationships with partner sales teams, including training and joint visits.
• Advocating for Essity's interests in tenders from start to finish.
• Supporting Key Account Managers in Belux in the execution of local strategic plans across Belgium, with a primary focus on Flanders and Brussels.
• A minimum of a completed higher education degree (Bachelor's level).
• Relevant experience in sales/marketing roles, with several years of sales experience with large accounts (B2B).
• Driven, enthusiastic personality, proactive, and results-oriented.
• A team player, but also capable of working independently.
• Strategic and holistic thinker.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques.
• Financial knowledge and experience with budget analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management and working within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills.
