This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively showcase company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify potential sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities in both independent and franchise dealerships.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on existing programs and fast funding requirements.
• Offer solutions and restructure vehicle loans to secure approvals profitably for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Aid in the preparation of sales contracts by educating dealers on the necessary documentation for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop and maintain sales materials while staying updated on current financial product knowledge.
• Engage in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives for independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales role with a demonstrated record of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation skills, from initial creation to final delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for improvement and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity/Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Prior experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
