This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Our Dealer Account Managers possess the vision and commitment essential for helping both current and prospective dealer partners enhance their sales of cars and trucks by securing more financing for customers.

• Oversee and advise on all sales initiatives and account growth for dealers within the designated territory.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activities in both independent and franchise dealerships.

• Build, sustain, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.

• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on current programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries (mandatory).

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated record of success.

• A college degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

• Proficient presentation skills, from initial creation to delivery.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.

• Competent computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.

• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).

• Previous experience in Outside Sales (preferred).

• Willingness to travel locally to meet with current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
