This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively convey company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these as well as other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities in both independent and franchise dealership environments.
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans to secure approvals that are profitable for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Assist in the preparation of sales contracts by guiding dealers on necessary documentation for proper verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop and keep up to date sales materials while enhancing current knowledge of financial products.
• Engage in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives for independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated history of success.
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient presentation skills, from initial design through delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of advertising and sales promotion methods.
• Advanced computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to personal improvement and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Previous experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally to current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
