This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create presentations and proposals to effectively showcase company products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities involving both independent and franchise dealers.
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls and in-person visits with dealer partners to provide training on current programs and rapid funding requirements.
• Offer solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a manner that is profitable for both Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
• Assist in preparing sales contracts by guiding dealers on the necessary documentation for accurate verification by Westlake Financial.
• Develop, maintain, and stay knowledgeable about sales materials and current financial product information.
• Engage in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives for independent and franchise dealers.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a Sales role with a demonstrated track record of success.
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong presentation skills, from initial development to final delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for improvement and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Significant local travel to current and potential clients is required, necessitating a valid state driver's license.
