This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Providing education and training to dealer partners within the designated region.
• Sourcing and establishing new contacts.
• Overseeing and advising on all sales initiatives and account growth for dealers.
• Ensuring quality and consistency in product and service delivery.
• Utilizing a consultative sales and management approach.
• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals for dealership management.
• Identifying potential sales leads and reaching out to assigned accounts.
• Following up on leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with dealer partners.
• Offering solutions for securing vehicle loan approvals.
• Assisting in the verification of sales contracts.
• Proven experience in the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors (required).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a Sales position with a demonstrated record of success.
• A college degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient presentation skills, from the initial development to execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (advantageous).
• Previous experience in Outside Sales (preferred).
• Significant local travel to current and prospective clients, necessitating a valid state driver's license.
