Deal Manager – Financial Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Create and organize commercially viable, competitive, and profitable agreements for Unified Communications opportunities within Mitel’s direct business segment.

• Formulate innovative pricing strategies and commercial models that balance competitiveness with profitability.

• Work collaboratively with Bid Managers, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams to ensure financial solutions align with technical proposals.

• Integrate pricing and contractual terms from partners and vendors into the overall deal structures.

• Evaluate financial and contractual risks while ensuring compliance with internal governance.

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, including cost-plus analysis.

• Manage internal approval processes for pricing and terms.

• Utilize market intelligence and competitor benchmarks.

• Recognize opportunities to improve pricing frameworks.
