This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Armada’s order form approval queue with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring prompt processing to enhance deal velocity and meet customer requirements.
• Create, evaluate, and finalize order forms in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Hardware teams, facilitating both hardware and software transactions.
• Ensure that all order forms adhere to established pricing, discounting policies, and legal standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the field, providing insights on order form structure, deal mechanics, and best practices for processes.
• Work closely with Legal and Finance to address non-standard deal terms and guarantee precise deal documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on executed order forms to verify completeness, accuracy, and readiness for booking and subsequent processes.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for Partner and resale order forms, ensuring compliance with pricing across regions and resale orders.
• Identify recurring deal challenges or process inefficiencies and collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to suggest and implement enhancements.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of Deal Desk workflows, templates, and approval processes to align with Armada's growth.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and guidance for order form procedures and standards.
• Act as a highly responsive resource for deal-related inquiries from cross-functional teams.
• 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar role within a B2B environment.
• Experience supporting global sales teams, ideally in a business that offers both hardware and software products.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to balance speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of pricing approvals, discount structures, and the order-to-cash process.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
