This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with the Sales Teams to create pricing quotes for customers, including our most significant and strategic accounts.
• Evaluate deal margins and competitive positioning to ensure success in winning deals and gaining market share without compromising long-term financial health.
• Actively engage with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Pricing teams to enhance the onboarding experience for customers.
• Facilitate the adoption of CPQ, the Sales self-service quoting tool in SFDC.
• Convert raw deal data into actionable insights, recognizing pricing trends and competitive changes to influence Vonage's global pricing strategy.
• Streamline and optimize business practices, including tools, templates, and processes, to boost the efficiency of the Deal Desk team.
• Educate and support Sales and other stakeholders on pricing, quoting, the onboarding process, and commercial best practices.
• Define and oversee projects aimed at delivering additional operational efficiencies and enhancing deal velocity.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Strategic Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance role in a dynamic SaaS or Telecom environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ systems.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation expertise.
• Fluent in English.
