📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities:**

• Deal Desk Management

• Deal Structuring: Serve as the main point of contact for Sales, offering insights on pricing, commercial terms, and intricate deal configurations.

• Approval Workflow: Implement and enhance the quote-to-contract approval process, guaranteeing that all deals adhere to internal policies. You will expedite approvals for high-stakes transactions, ensuring the CFO or VP of Sales has the necessary context and data for quick sign-off.

• Contract & Pricing Integrity: Assess Order Forms, contracts, and quotes for precision prior to dispatching them to customers. Ensure that quotes fulfill minimum margin or MRR standards and that any significant discounting is substantiated by strategic value.

• Guided Selling: Support the sales team in selecting appropriate product bundles and SKUs, ensuring mandatory add-ons are included and pricing dependencies (such as volume-based tiers) are activated correctly.

• Custom Terms Audit: Detect and flag custom requests, including non-standard payment terms, free trial clauses, or custom SLA commitments.

• Deal Operations (Deal Ops)

• SOW & Quote Reconciliation: Ensure that the Technical Scope aligns with the Commercial Quote by cross-referencing Presales Statements of Work (SOW) with Order Forms for consistency.

• Technical Validation: Verify that the products or packages (SKUs) chosen by the Account Executive are commercially accurate and technically consistent with the constraints of the opportunity.

• CPQ Support & Hygiene: Act as the subject matter expert for Sales representatives navigating the CPQ environment, providing real-time troubleshooting for configuration issues. Collaborate with RevOps to ensure the CPQ tool is up-to-date with the latest price books and discounting policies.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within the sales cycle and implement automated workflows to alleviate friction for the sales team.

• LATAM Regional & Partner Support

• Regional Commercial Liaison: Function as the primary Deal Desk contact for strategic partners based in LATAM.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

• Language Skills: Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Over 3 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS or technology setting.

• Strong grasp of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing strategies, and contract management.

• Practical experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly preferred.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to reconcile technical scopes (SOWs) with commercial quotes.

• Prior experience in process automation utilizing AI tools (Claude, Gemini).

• Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to address complex deal challenges.
