Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored SaaS contractual agreements for HubSpot's premium clientele.

• Provide guidance to the sales team regarding pricing, product offerings, and commercial conditions for non-standard deals.

• Act as a liaison among sellers, sales operations, finance, product teams, sales leadership, and legal to aid in closing deals.

• Execute deal and approval procedures that support a rapid sales process.

• Assist in negotiating renewal contracts, especially for key customers.

• Participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Deal Desk function.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance, or Sales Operations position.

• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to build relationships.

• Outstanding attention to detail and skills in prioritization.

• Capability to engage in multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.

• Honest, transparent, and authentic communication style.

• Resourcefulness in addressing ambiguous challenges with well-considered, strategic solutions.

• Ability to foster trust and act as a business partner to the sales team.

• Experience collaborating with go-to-market (GTM) organizations and understanding the needs of sellers.

• A strong passion for operational excellence.

• Previous experience in supporting complex contract renewals.

• Preferred experience in system enhancements or process improvements.

• Customer-facing experience in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations is preferred.

• Preferred experience working alongside legal, finance, product, and operations stakeholders.
