Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to oversee the complete deal process.

• Offer expertise on deal structuring, pricing strategies, discounting, quoting, and contract stipulations.

• Assist in the structuring and pricing of high-value and intricate SaaS agreements.

• Evaluate quotes, contracts, discounts, payment conditions, and non-standard deal requests.

• Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, approval processes, and internal regulations.

• Address deal-related inquiries and obstacles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Provide commercial insights to enhance win rates and safeguard margins.

• Maintain precise deal information within Salesforce and other pertinent systems.

• Monitor deal performance, approval durations, and quote-to-close efficiency.

• Identify and execute enhancements to Deal Desk processes, systems, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.

• Experience in supporting complex enterprise B2B SaaS transactions.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A collaborative and commercially-minded approach, with the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders.
