This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the Deal Desk process from start to finish, which encompasses request intake, pricing assistance, approvals, contract support, and necessary follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
• Adjust and oversee quotes and order forms, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with the company's booking policies.
• Direct the daily deal approval process within Salesforce, which involves managing SLAs, tracking requests, and routing approvals to remove obstacles for deals.
• Handle deal exceptions and escalations comprehensively, facilitating swift internal alignment on non-standard requests while safeguarding commercial boundaries and future ARR.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Professional Services to guarantee seamless deal execution and consistent internal alignment.
• Work alongside Sales to formulate deal strategies and effective negotiation positions, structuring commercial terms that expedite closing while preserving long-term renewal and expansion ARR.
• Articulate deal value through clear and comprehensive proposals and updates for stakeholders to foster timely decision-making.
• Align with designated territories and participate in forecast calls to aid in pipeline execution and deal advancement.
• Recognize recurring challenges, bottlenecks, and quality deficiencies in deal execution; recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
• 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Sales, or related fields, preferably within a SaaS or rapidly growing tech environment.
• Proven track record in a B2B SaaS Deal Desk or Revenue Operations setting, including expertise in quote and order management as well as approval workflows.
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple simultaneous deal requests while ensuring accuracy even under tight deadlines.
• Salesforce experience is essential, including oversight of request intake and tracking processes.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage agreements with clarity and urgency.
• Proven adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and quickly adjust to shifting priorities.
