This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Ensures that members of the client services team are fulfilling client expectations;
β’ Conducts continuous training for both new employees and seasoned staff;
β’ Monitors and manages attendance records of employees;
β’ Carries out regular evaluations of employee performance;
β’ Offers coaching and mentoring to team members experiencing performance or work-related challenges;
β’ Works collaboratively with various teams and departments on employee and operational issues;
β’ Notifies sales and hiring teams when there is a need for new hires;
β’ Consistently reports to the Customer Success Management leadership regarding key team metrics such as performance, goals, attendance, and other relevant concerns;
β’ Performs tasks comparable to those mentioned above.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
β’ At least 3 years of experience within the BPO industry.
β’ Proficiency in software: Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of Microsoft Office is also necessary.
β’ Excellent written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient.
