DCX Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and produce logos along with creative artwork and develop pre-production graphics.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and enhance images through photo editing.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design activities.

• Create website mockups featuring engaging imagery.

• Develop item templates and reconstruct items based on specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring innovative creative options.

• Evaluate final layouts and propose enhancements when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with clients’ concepts and manage their expectations effectively.

• Complete additional tasks related to the role as needed.

• Engage with clients to understand their objectives and help devise creative solutions that have a significant visual impact.

• Ensure branding aligns with the goals of partner brands.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Solid understanding of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Knowledgeable in marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization while adhering to tight deadlines.

• A passion for design with a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design industry.
