This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, design, and enhance data-related functions for FSA IAM systems.
• Guarantee that data is precise, secure, well-structured, and effectively shared for identity management, reporting, fraud analysis, and system integrations.
• Deliver file layouts, source-to-target mappings, as well as conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and data dictionaries for intersystem connections, loads, and extracts.
• Develop, support, and improve automated processes for internal data sharing with authorized FSA applications.
• Assist in analytics for user account examination and fraud detection.
• Aid in network management tasks related to data flows and capturing accurate user IP addresses.
• Implement protective measures at the network edge.
• Facilitate analytic tagging and dynamic error messaging.
• Maintain documentation for application-specific information (ASI).
• Support AIMS token management data processes.
• Manage database configurations, performance tuning, backups, monitoring, and capacity management.
• Public Trust clearance is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience is needed.
• Extensive expertise in database administration, data modeling, and data engineering.
• Proficient with relational databases, data modeling tools, and ETL processes.
• Capability to create and maintain clear data models, mappings, and dictionaries.
• Experience in securely handling sensitive identity and PII data.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning for databases.
• A solid understanding of data integration, sharing, and analytics support.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, security, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills for addressing data and database issues.
• Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance requirements is preferred.
