• Create and manage the data infrastructure that powers the AI-driven collections agent.

• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and governance of the data utilized for training and operating AI models.

• Design, structure, and enhance databases in SQL Server and PostgreSQL to facilitate intelligent decision-making in collections.

• Ensure the AI accurately comprehends context, rules, and collection strategies based on the data available.

• Work collaboratively with AI, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment between data architecture and collections strategies as well as agent performance.

• Proficient in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Capability to construct data pipelines for training machine learning models.

• Proven experience in query optimization and data modeling for enhanced performance.
