Dayforce Payroll, WFM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist with Dayforce Payroll and/or Workforce Management implementations throughout the phases of discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business needs and translate them into optimal Dayforce solutions.

• Configure Dayforce within your area of expertise, ensuring that solutions are appropriate and aligned with client requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, engage in solution design discussions, and conduct system demonstrations.

• Resolve issues that arise during implementation and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the delivery process.

• Collaborate with internal consultants and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Uphold high delivery standards, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements within the practice, including knowledge sharing and excellence in delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce configuration in Payroll and/or Workforce Management.

• Proven track record in delivering Dayforce implementations across the entire project lifecycle, rather than solely in BAU administration or support.

• Strong grasp of payroll and/or workforce management processes and their translation into system design.

• Capability to convert complex client requirements into clear, well-structured configurations.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting skills during delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a consulting environment that involves direct client interaction.

• Dayforce certification in your specific module area is highly desirable.

• Experience with Advanced Scheduling would be beneficial.
