Data Visualization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams and key stakeholders to identify, design, and create precise data visualizations from diverse data sources.

• Support stakeholders in uncovering essential data for visual representations.

• Involve a combination of developing new data visualizations, resolving data issues, demonstrating work, and planning activities.

• Engage in brief weekly planning sessions and individual one-on-one meetings with your Line Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Tableau – including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.

• Knowledge of data warehouse modeling, dimensional modeling, and star schema.

• Experience working with ETL systems.

• Strong attention to detail regarding visual presentation and data accuracy.

• Some familiarity with AWS, particularly Redshift, Glue, and S3.

• Comfortable utilizing GitHub.

• Experience with Kanban delivery, as we appreciate working with lean methodologies.
