This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain brand systems and templates: Create and oversee templates, layout systems, and foundational design elements that enhance consistency, clarity, efficiency, and quality across marketing and sales materials.
• Define information structure and presentation flow: Establish and refine the organization and presentation of materials, including hierarchy, pacing, flow, and visual representation of information across presentations, websites, charts, and structured content.
• Visually translate data and complex concepts: Transform data, market insights, operational details, and commercial ideas into charts, diagrams, comparison views, and other visual narratives that facilitate audience understanding of nuanced topics.
• Oversee high-impact design projects: Craft presentations, websites, proposals, QBR materials, tradeshow branding, and other customer-facing or sales-facing assets that convey complex ideas with clarity and coherence.
• Establish scalable visual standards: Create reusable systems and design methodologies that enhance output across teams and promote consistent, high-quality visual communication.
• Collaborate across functions: Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing, and channel teams to convert strategy and messaging into visually compelling and commercially valuable materials.
• Manage external design resources: Supervise work produced by agencies, contractors, and other external design partners while overseeing budgets and performance metrics for these collaborators.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, presentation design, content design, or related visual communication roles.
• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation design, page design, layout systems, and data visualization work in complex B2B or information-rich environments.
• Experience in building reusable design systems, templates, and foundational design constructs rather than solely creating one-off assets.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, industrial, or other intricate B2B sectors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
