Data Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance Tiko's global data capabilities.

• Evaluate the existing data infrastructure and create a strategic roadmap for transitioning to a data-driven operational model.

• Ensure that data teams fulfill the analytical requirements of the business.

• Suggest optimal structures and governance for data teams.

• Establish standards and best practices in data engineering.

• Perform skills assessments and formulate capability enhancement plans for data analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15–20+ years of extensive, hands-on experience throughout the data engineering, architecture, and analytics lifecycle.

• Proven experience in a Head of Data, Director of Data, or similar executive-level consulting position.

• Experience collaborating with multiple distinct organizations.

• Direct experience in guiding at least one successful corporate transformation towards becoming a fully data-driven enterprise.
