Data Specialist – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the closed-won process for all new accounts, ensuring that each transaction aligns with established criteria prior to processing.

• Address helpdesk ticket requests promptly and accurately, including modification requests, order and contract creation, and troubleshooting in Salesforce.

• Review and approve quotes within authorized discount limits, ensuring adherence to pricing and approval guidelines.

• Work closely with the Mid-Market Sales team to effectively and accurately transition large enterprise deals into onboarding.

• Discover opportunities to optimize workflows, increase automation, and minimize obstacles in deal operations.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across Salesforce and associated systems, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies.

• Partner with internal teams to support key initiatives in sales operations, payments, upsells, and revenue management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience with Salesforce.

• At least one year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, Deal Desk, or a similar role, ideally within a dynamic sales environment.

• Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with sales productivity tools and process automation is advantageous.
