This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct quality assurance checks at various phases of the research process to ensure precision and mitigate errors, including reviewing programmed surveys for logical consistency and accuracy.
• Frequently coordinate with the internal team to guarantee that all necessary project details are thoroughly acquired prior to the project entering the field.
• Record sample details and accurately create sample inventory reports within the database.
• Confirm that all incoming samples adhere to established in-house methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee and evaluate the quality of collected data to ensure that samples and quotas align with the project objectives.
• Assist in the development and review of final data file deliverables for clients, along with any additional reports requested by the Operations team.
• A university degree with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and features (e.g., Vlookup, Countif, Conditional formatting, etc.).
• Experience managing large datasets (e.g., exceeding 10,000 rows and 100 columns).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or similar.
• Experience with crosstabulation software (e.g., Wincross).
• Capability to collect, analyze, and manipulate data, utilizing data visualization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with others for data sharing, clarification, and follow-up purposes.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite and able to swiftly learn new software applications and information systems.
