This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive analytical and machine learning solutions for moderately complex business challenges and customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to convert unclear queries into testable hypotheses and establish success metrics.
• Transform requirements into solid analytical or modeling strategies.
• Construct, validate, and sustain scalable data pipelines, features, and models utilizing contemporary data and ML technologies.
• Ensure reliability, reproducibility, and performance within production settings.
• Examine large, intricate datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement experimentation and evaluation techniques such as A/B testing, backtesting, and error analysis.
• Contribute to the establishment of standards, documentation, and best practices concerning data quality, model governance, and the responsible use of data and AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience applying data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning in a professional environment.
• Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end analytical or ML solutions, encompassing data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, and operationalization.
• Familiarity with large datasets and modern data ecosystems, including distributed data processing and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience in developing insights and data products that inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp requirements, prioritize tasks, and achieve measurable results using data and analytics.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
