This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead the analysis of marketplace and brand data for clients.
• Utilize SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and proprietary tools to generate insights, automate processes, and deliver measurable value.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of data science best practices across the eControl platform and its processes.
• Provide mentorship to a team specializing in data science and analytics.
• Collaborate with legal departments to grasp eControl methodologies and pinpoint areas for innovation, efficiency, and automation.
• Promote thought leadership through research initiatives that support business expansion and competitive advantage.
• Design and execute scalable data science frameworks.
• Work closely with engineering and architectural leadership to integrate data and technology strategies.
• Oversee complex cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across client engagements and internal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in predictive analytics, advanced statistical modeling, and related methodologies.
• At least 4 years of experience utilizing SQL, R, Python, or other statistical software to create client-facing analytical solutions.
• 3 years of practical experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to address business challenges.
• 3 years of experience with Big Data concepts, tools, and architectures, including data warehouses and data lakes.
• 3 years of experience employing data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as developing customer-facing user interfaces.
• 3 years of experience within the e-commerce ecosystem, encompassing major marketplaces and platform dynamics.
