This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee conversion activities while documenting and translating conversion requirements and detailed plans.
• Propel execution tasks with team members and stakeholders, monitor progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Adhere to project management processes and best practices to ensure alignment of tasks, activities, and resources with program and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally during the Build Phase and assist in system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care activities.
• Finalize conversion functional specifications, data mapping, cross-references, and data model documentation across various deployments.
• Advance conversion progress by ensuring task completion and achieving milestones in line with the overall timeline.
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional thread leads.
• Evaluate team member workloads and resource constraints to guarantee optimal resource utilization.
• Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor potential risks with real-time alerts for critical issues.
• Supervise and monitor issue resolution related to conversion and deviations.
• Clearly communicate expectations and foster accountability among team members.
• Address conflicts, encourage collaboration, and inspire teams to work towards shared goals.
• Manage various conversion activities, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Oversee documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, internal stakeholder communications, and process enhancements for cutover activities.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, ideally within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing sectors with responsibilities in planning, production, and aftermarket.
• Familiarity with various project methodologies, including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX U.S. locations.
• CORE or equivalent qualifications, such as Six Sigma or Change Management, along with project management expertise is preferred.
• Experience in a matrixed team environment with collaboration across business processes and digital initiatives is preferred.
• SAP knowledge and prior implementation experience are preferred.
• Background in agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project activities concurrently in a fast-paced and demanding environment, both virtually and in-person, is preferred.
• Capacity to lead, influence, and manage change at multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership, is preferred.
