This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and authenticate healthcare, clinical, and genomic data to facilitate research and business decisions.
• Design, test, and implement machine learning models that provide actionable insights.
• Create AI and large language model solutions utilizing prompt engineering techniques.
• Conduct statistical analyses and convert findings into clear recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and scientific teams to address complex data challenges.
• Produce production-ready code and assist multiple analytics initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and scientists to enhance precision medicine solutions.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of pertinent experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in programming with Python or R.
• Ability to formulate complex queries using SQL.
• Proven experience applying statistical techniques to analyze data and derive insights.
• Experience in creating data visualizations, dashboards, or analytical reports.
• Background in developing or supporting machine learning models.
• Preferred: Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or another quantitative field.
• Preferred: Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, Random Forests, or Gradient Boosting techniques.
• Preferred: Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Preferred: Experience in cloud-based analytics environments, such as Azure Databricks or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Git, Docker, Airflow, or MLOps frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare, clinical, genomic, oncology, or precision medicine data.
• Preferred: Understanding of healthcare data standards, clinical research, EMR data, or HIPAA regulations.
