This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess partner performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance growth, profitability, and customer acquisition economics.
• Create and assess experiments aimed at boosting partner performance, conversion rates, and overall business outcomes.
• Generate forecasts, performance models, and decision-support tools to aid in strategic planning and investment choices.
• Develop measurement frameworks that quantify partner value, incrementality, and overall business impact.
• Explore anomalies, track performance trends, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Present insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish scalable analytical processes that enhance decision-making within the digital partnerships sector.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to tackle complex challenges and deliver measurable business results.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Over 3 years of experience utilizing quantitative methods to address business challenges.
• Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, or machine learning.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling tasks.
• Capability to convert ambiguous business inquiries into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ownership and a record of guiding projects from problem identification through to implementation.
• All candidates must appear on camera during virtual interviews.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, marketplaces, or customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of attribution, incrementality measurement, forecasting, or optimization challenges.
• Background in pricing, underwriting, risk, or marketing organizations.
• Experience in deploying statistical or machine learning models in production settings.
• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
