This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Aid in the preparation, transformation, and thorough analysis of intricate data from real-world sources.
β’ Play a role in the development, validation, and upkeep of customer-facing machine learning models and solid data pipelines.
β’ Assist in decomposing project requirements into manageable, actionable, and deliverable components.
β’ Produce clean, well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
β’ Advocate for initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and integrity throughout the organization.
β’ Conduct in-depth analyses of datasets to discover hidden patterns and unearth new opportunities.
β’ Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning/AI.
β’ Strong practical knowledge of Python programming.
β’ Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
β’ Experience with Snowflake, AWS cloud platforms, or GIS data analysis is advantageous.
β’ Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and fundamental data science principles.
β’ Practical experience with data visualization tools (such as Streamlit, Sigma, or Dash).
β’ Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
β’ Must be self-driven and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
