This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance machine learning models with a focus on time series forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Conduct feature engineering and optimize data models to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess model performance using metrics such as MAPE, RMSE, and R², and adjust strategies as required.
• Construct and implement data pipelines utilizing PySpark, SQL, and cloud-based technologies.
• Engage in large-scale data integration initiatives employing Boomi, SnapLogic, SSIS, or Palantir.
• Leverage Palantir Foundry, Google Cloud, AutoAI, and Google Colab for data modeling, processing, and automation tasks.
• Design and uphold data warehouse solutions for enhanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Execute complex data transformations through SQL queries and data objects for AI/ML projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure models meet user expectations and align with business goals.
• Deploy, oversee, and continually refine machine learning models in a production environment.
• Articulate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Expertise in time series forecasting models, such as ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, and machine learning-based approaches.
• Strong background in data model optimization, feature engineering, and performance assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning model evaluation metrics and best practices for enhancing model accuracy.
• Practical experience in data engineering, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Boomi, SnapLogic, SSIS, or Palantir for data integration tasks.
• Proficient in Google Cloud, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry for data processing, analysis, and visualization efforts.
• Capability to optimize and query large datasets using data lakes and relational databases.
• Knowledge of AutoAI for automated model selection and hyperparameter tuning.
• Experience with Google Colab for collaborative machine learning development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities for explaining complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience with MLOps, business intelligence and reporting tools, supply chain/logistics/operational forecasting, batch and real-time data processing architectures, SQL and data transformation optimization, and programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.
