This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Analyze extensive customer data from over one million devices, hundreds of thousands of active subscribers, terabytes of information, and tens of billions of records.
• Translate inquiries from various teams into actionable research and analyses.
• Develop studies and partner with the analytics team to streamline and sustain their frameworks.
• Create clear, shareable documentation and white papers that articulate findings, methodologies, and applications.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or 6+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval from a Redshift database.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, without continuous supervision.
• Adaptable to ambiguous settings that require iteration and exploration.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Preferred: proficiency in Python or R in addition to SQL.
• Preferred: experience with machine learning tools and/or large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
• Preferred: familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Preferred: experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: capacity to excel and innovate without relying on AI tools as a foundation.
