This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop precise, task-oriented grading criteria for real-world data science outputs, including analyses, models, dashboards, experiment summaries, and written recommendations.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human-created work samples based on the established criteria.
• Offer comprehensive written rationales for each score awarded.
• Utilize consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure that scores are reproducible and defensible.
• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and make rapid iterations.
• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.
• Over 5 years of professional data science experience in the industry.
• Experience in business operations, product, or growth data science at leading technology firms.
• Extensive knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong skills in defining metrics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience in presenting findings to executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in work performance.
• Comfortable having evaluations reviewed and calibrated against peers.
• Previous experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant advantage.
• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
