📋 Description

• Lead the analytical function for an embedded business unit focusing on growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Identify the business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that require analytical insights.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and present actionable data insights.

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Drive decision-making and implement initiatives from start to finish.

• Collaborate with both the central Data Science & Analytics team and embedded business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Ability to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficiency in SQL or Python.

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
